Indraloka Animal Sanctuary is offering a 5-day Summer Camp from June 17th-21st, 2019 from 9 am-3 pm daily. Camps are for Sullivan County youth ages 7-14. The camp will focus on hands-on interaction between the rescued farm animals and the students, treat preparation and distribution, nature walks, art, music, creative expression, tours of both Mehoopany and Dalton facilities, and meet and greet with all of the animals.

 

Dates & Times:

June 17th - 21st

9:00am - 3:00 daily

 

Cost options:  $0 - $125

Indraloka's cost to run the Summer Earth Camp is $125 per camper. However, we understand that for many families, this price may be difficult to afford. So, if you cannot afford the total price, we welcome you to pay what you can. Multiple ticket prices are available after you complete the registration page. However, if you would like to pay a different amount, payments can also be made via a check payable to Indraloka Animal Sanctuary and mailed to PO Box 155 Mehoopany PA 18629, or by calling 570-763-2908. If you can afford it, we are grateful for your payment of $125 per camper to help run this event. Payments are due by May 1st, 2019.

 

Price includes: 

Bus transportation: Pick up at 8:15 am in the SCES parking lot, 8:30 at the Dushore Market, travel to Mehoopany location 3 days and Dalton location 2 days, return for 3:45 drop off in Dushore, 4:00 drop off at SCES.  Youth MUST have a ride to and from the SCES parking lot/Dushore Market.

Lunch: Meals are provided for participants and will be different each day.  Food allergies must be reported at the time of registration.

Supplies for: Crafts, games, activities

Staff: At least one certified teacher will be with campers at all times, and an experienced group of trained education personnel will also be on premises with the group.
